Spinach for XXX Sex!

Spinach is one of the best foods in existence for XXX sex! Great sex physiologically is a coordinated effort of our nerves, vascular system and hormones. Each is an essential player for both male and female sexual pleasure.

Without proper nerve conduction, our genitals will not fill with blood, and orgasm is impossible.  Most people don’t realize that, in a large percentage of women and men the cause of sexual dysfunction is weak nerve signals and slow nerve conduction velocity.

For great sex, the vessels bringing qi and blood to our genitals must be properly cared for. The health of these vessels greatly affects our pleasure and sexual  function. Delivery of adequate blood to the genitals is not only important for men, but also is integral to female arousal and sexual response.

Sex hormones, such as testosterone and estrogen, exert a great influence on sexual function.. For men and women, proper balance of these hormones play an important role in arousal, libido and orgasm.  Stress, and resultant high cortisol can disrupt this balance, as can a high fat diet.

The reason that spinach is so wonderful for great sex is that it addresses all of these individual components. Spinach is loaded with minerals and antioxidants that protect nerves from oxidative stress and has shown in research to strengthen nerve signal transmission, which translates to greater sexual pleasure for men and women.

Spinach also contains naturally occurring nitrates, which boost nitric oxide, delivering more blood to our genitals and immediately improving the elasticity of blood vessels.

Spinach is high in zinc, which lowers cortisol levels. Cortisol is a stress hormone which disrupts testosterone. Remember that testosterone is important for both male and female sexual pleasure.

You can make a delicious salad from mature greens, or sneak it to soups and casseroles. Both in the short run and in the long run, spinach is a great addition to a hot-sex diet.

Hot sex.  Naturally. That’s what this blog is about. Hot sex is understood universally.  No translation needed.  Hard. Wet. Eager. Carnal. It’s the biological design of the human body and we must care for it. What we take into our bodies must nurture the vessels that supply blood to our sex organs, the nerves that command them, and the hormones that regulate them. In doing so we will bring out all that is possible from our own sensual physiology.
